Job Description
Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to work at the forefront of the global energy transition? PEAK Wind is seeking a Head of Data & Intelligence to own the full direction of our Data & Intelligence area, including its people, delivery, technical foundation, and product future.
The position is located in Copenhagen.
Introducing the Data & Intelligence Team
You will become part of our D&I team, where we work within PEAK Wind's operations management service offering and manage full value chain data management for our clients. We support renewable energy assets worldwide through data management, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities, helping deliver data-driven solutions that support our clients and renewable energy projects. The team works closely with Asset Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data and reporting solutions.

You will report to the Head of Technology and lead a team of skilled professionals across Data & Intelligence. This is an ambitious, full-scope leadership role where you will be accountable for how the team is led, what the team delivers today, and how our products and technical foundation develop for the future.
How You Will Make an Impact
As Head of Data & Intelligence, you will lead PEAK Wind's Data & Intelligence area and set the direction for the team, its delivery, and its technical and product roadmap. You will translate business needs and strategic priorities into clear objectives, reliable delivery, scalable architecture, and value-adding data products for our clients and internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the team
- Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance and development reviews for the Data & Intelligence team in line with company processes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and talent reviews, and manage key employee lifecycle events across the team
- Prepare input to salary and reward reviews and communicate outcomes in line with company guidelines
- Apply people policies consistently, support employee well-being and inclusion, and act as the first point of escalation for people matters within the team
- Act as a visible role model for PEAK Wind's values by setting a high standard for collaboration, accountability, and respectful leadership across the team
Leading the delivery
- Lead and coordinate the Data & Intelligence team's delivery of end-to-end data management services for developers and Asset Management
- Ensure high-quality delivery of performance management reporting and tracking solutions that support operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making
- Act as delivery owner for data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and analytical outputs, ensuring reliability, consistency, and alignment with PEAK Wind standards
- Ensure close collaboration with Asset Management, Engineering, Advanced Projects, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data and reporting solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of data management, reporting processes, tools, and ways of working within Data & Intelligence
Owning the architecture and product direction
- Own the architectural runway, including tech stack and methods, to ensure a coherent and scalable technical foundation across Data & Intelligence
- Own the technical strategy for our products, aligning product needs, architecture decisions, and execution capability
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, translating business strategies into clear features and initiatives for the team to build
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, bridging technical challenges with value-adding business functionality
- Be proactive in ensuring the architectural runway prepares the team for scale and contributes to the roadmap of future capabilities
