Responsabilidades

  • Escrituração de notas fiscais de mercadorias e serviços, com análise de impostos retidos.
  • Emitir notas fiscais de acordo com a legislação vigente e avaliar a incidência de impostos, taxas e obrigações acessórias relacionadas à operação.
  • Elaborar relatórios e controles de lançamentos de notas e impostos retidos e demais controles necessários.
  • Acompanhar, revisar e validar informações necessárias para assegurar conformidade com a legislação fiscal e contábil vigente.
  • Manter relacionamento e comunicação efetiva com áreas internas envolvidas nos processos de solicitações de notas e recebimento de materiais, garantindo o fluxo adequado das operações.
  • Atendimento as solicitações de documentos fiscais e demais solicitações para auditorias internas e externas.
  • Executar e validar conciliações de impostos creditados, para envio ao time de apuração.

Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior em Ciências Contábeis ou afins.
  • Experiência em emissão e escrituração de notas fiscais diversas.
  • Conhecimento em SAP e Mastersaf Dfe.
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office
