Job Description

  • Globaler Einsatz von Wartung und Instandsetzung von elektrotechnischen und elektronischen Komponenten, Systemen und Anlagen wie Stromrichtergeräten einschließlich der Batterieanlage.
  • Untersuchung von komplizierten Stromrichtergeräten in Betrieben, Prüf- und Versuchsfeldern im Rahmen der Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen.
  • Schulung und Einweisung des Bedienungspersonals der jeweiligen Anlagen.
  • Weitergabe von Produktinformationen an die Kunden.
  • Anleitung und Einweisung der fachlich unterstellten Mitarbeiter auf der Baustelle.
  • Durchführung der Montageinspektion der bauseits erfolgten Montage.
  • Inbetriebnahme von Neugeräten und -systemen bei Kunden.
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Tätigkeiten und des Zustandes des Gerätes bzw. der Anlage mit Erstellung von kendenspezifischen Protokollen (SAT, WKP).
  • Überprüfung von Kundengeräten und -systemen inklusive Erstellung einer Mängelliste und eines Instandhaltungsplanes entsprechend der erreichten Gebrauchsdauer des Gerätes/Systemes.
  • Erstellung einer technischen Dokumentation über die Vorgehensweise bei der Fehleranalyse.
  • Anpassung der Testroutinen und -programme.
  • Erstellung von Umbaukonzepten und Schaltplänen.
  • Festlegung der notwendigen Messpunkte, Prüfequipments u. Protokolle bei KTA bedingten Seismik und EMV-Prüfungen.

Requirements

  • Dipl. Ingenieur (FH) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik.

  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen DIN VDE, TAB, UVV sind von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit wird vorausgesetzt.
  • Zielgerichtet und strukturiert sowie stressresistent, vor allem in der Kommunikation mit Kunden.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und sicheres Auftreten mit hinreichender Problemlösungs-Kompetenz.
  • Teamfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
