Filiale du groupe VINCI Energies, MUGNIER'ELEC est spécialisée dans l'activité électrique. Nous déclinons durablement toutes les expertises des installations électriques de la conception à la maintenance, en passant par la réalisation, auprès de nos clients publics et privés, dans les secteurs tertiaire, industriel et de l'habitat.
Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recrutons un(e) Adjoint(e) Responsable d'Affaires pour notre activité située en Haute-Savoie.
MISSIONS
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable d'Affaires, vous contribuez au management des équipes terrain pour veiller à la bonne réalisation technique des projets.
A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants
- Réaliser les chiffrages en adéquation avec les demandes clients
- Etablir la liste des approvisionnements et rédiger les commandes
- Manager les équipes et les moyens techniques
- Apporter une complémentarité technique aux équipes terrain
- Participer aux réunions de chantier
- Être garant du respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d'environnement
- Rendre compte au responsable d'affaire
Les conditions du poste :
- 40,5h sur 5 jours (35h + 3,5h majorées en heures supplémentaires + 2h en RTT - soit 12j de RTT par an)
- Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible pour renforcer nos équipes.
PROFIL
De formation BAC à BAC +3, vous avez une première expérience sur un poste similaire, ou 5 ans d'expérience minimum en tant que Chef de Chantier.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) pour mener à bien vos projets. Votre réactivité et votre aisance relationnelle ont fait de vous un(e) collaborateur(trice) reconnu(e).
