Innerhalb der Dezentralen Energieversorgung in Berlin, Hamburg oder Eggolsheim findest Du viele Möglichkeiten, Dich bereits während Deines Studiums aktiv von der Projektentwicklung bis zur Projektumsetzung in den Bereichen Quartierslösungen, regionale Energie-Direktvermarktung sowie in Bürgerenergie-, Nahwärme- und Mieterstrom-Projekten einzubringen und viele wertvolle Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
Zu Beginn erhältst Du eine gute und solide Einarbeitung und während der Zusammenarbeit hast Du einen Paten oder Mentor an Deiner Seite und wirst stets gut betreut. Du bekommst immer tiefere Einblicke und übernimmst dabei immer mehr Verantwortung. Wir legen viel Wert auf die konstruktive Teamzusammenarbeit und bei uns bekommt jede:r Kolleg:in den Raum, Ideen einzubringen und den Wissensaustausch zu nutzen.
