  • Collect, analyze, and report HSE performance data and KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through toolbox talks, site engagement, awareness campaigns, and close collaboration with operational teams.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of HSE procedures, standards, and management systems.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, engineering teams, and external partners to maintain the highest safety standards across all projects.

  • Experience reviewing contractor documentation, safety plans, and technical-professional suitability requirements.
  • ASPP/RSPP and/or CSP/CSE qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster a positive safety culture.

Their portfolio and pipeline combine solar PV, wind, and energy storage projects, with a pipeline exceeding 8.2 GW in generation capacity and 10.6 GWh in storage capacity, highlighting their scale and integrated approach (source: linkedin.com). A flagship project includes the 80 MW Immingham Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in the United Kingdom, for which Econergy secured £42.7 million in project financing from Santander and a 10-year revenue floor agreement with EDF, underscoring strong financial backing and market confidence (source: econergytech.com). Additionally, the company’s 2024 report highlighted a portfolio of 1.4 GW of projects with a target to reach 900 MW of operational capacity by 2025, signaling aggressive growth and development ambitions (source: linkedin.com). These developments reflect Econergy’s commitment to expanding its renewable energy footprint and strengthening its market position across Europe.

Working There
