Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar na condução dos ciclos de Avaliação de Desempenho, garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma, comunicação com gestores e colaboradores e acompanhamento dos resultados.
  • Dar suporte às iniciativas de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, realizando o controle de treinamentos, gestão da plataforma de aprendizagem e acompanhamento de indicadores.
  • Desenvolver ações voltadas ao fortalecimento da Cultura Organizacional, promovendo iniciativas de engajamento e alinhamento aos valores da empresa.
  • Auxiliar na coordenação das pesquisas de clima e engajamento, consolidando resultados e apoiando a construção e monitoramento dos planos de ação.
  • Planejar e executar ações de Comunicação Interna, Endomarketing, integração de colaboradores e eventos corporativos.
  • Apoiar programas de reconhecimento e iniciativas voltadas à experiência do colaborador.
  • Dar suporte aos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, garantindo uma experiência positiva aos candidatos.
  • Monitorar indicadores de onboarding e experiência do colaborador, propondo melhorias contínuas.

Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência em processos de Avaliação de Desempenho, Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, Comunicação Interna e/ou Cultura Organizacional.
  • Excel intermediário e PowerPoint.
