Buscamos um profissional altamente qualificado para atuar em iniciativas estratégicas baseadas em dados no setor de distribuição de energia elétrica. Esta posição desempenha papel fundamental na transformação digital de nossos clientes, utilizando inteligência analítica para transformar informações em insights estratégicos, otimizando a operação, o planejamento e a manutenção de ativos da rede elétrica.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Realizar análises avançadas de grandes volumes de dados operacionais e técnicos, identificando padrões, anomalias e oportunidades de otimização em sistemas de distribuição e medição de energia elétrica.
- Desenvolver modelos preditivos e algoritmos aplicados a casos reais do setor elétrico.
- Atuar em projetos de transformação digital, contribuindo com soluções baseadas em dados para iniciativas de Smart Grid, medição inteligente, automação e integração de dispositivos IoT.
- Projetar, implementar e manter dashboards interativos e relatórios analíticos para monitoramento de KPIs técnicos e operacionais, apoiando a gestão de ativos e a tomada de decisão em tempo real.
- Colaborar com times de engenharia, operação e IT/OT para definir estratégias de uso de dados, promovendo a cultura de dados como ativo estratégico.
- Conduzir estudos técnicos baseados em dados para avaliar eficiência energética, confiabilidade da rede, qualidade da energia e desempenho de equipamentos.
- Apoiar a definição de requisitos técnicos para novas soluções digitais, contribuindo com visão analítica e conhecimento do sistema elétrico.
Requisitos
- Desejável formação em Ciência de Dados, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia de Computação, ou áreas correlatas.
- Desejável histórico de atuação em projetos no setor de distribuição de energia.
- Conhecimentos em linguagens de programação para análise de dados (Python, SQL etc).
- Sólida experiência com ferramentas de criação de relatórios analíticos (ex. Power BI).
- Vivência na definição, estruturação e entrega de processos voltados ao atingimento de metas estratégicas do negócio.
- Inglês avançado, com capacidade de comunicação técnica e interpessoal em ambientes multiculturais.
- Desejável espanhol intermediário.
