We are looking for a talented individual to be part of our Engineering Team! CLEAResult, a consulting firm that designs and implements energy efficiency programs, is looking for an engineering co-op. The co-op position is designed for approximately 40 hours per week, September 8th, 2026 - December 23rd, 2026.

Based on performance and available positions, co-ops may be considered for promotion to a full-time engineering position after the co-op has been completed.

• Calculate energy savings for energy-efficient projects
• Work with a highly effective team to review projects submitted to our local energy efficiency lighting programs
• Support development of company-wide engineering best-practices
• Support engineering tool development using MS Excel and other software
• Prepare draft reports such as measurement verification plans and billing analysis results
• Update databases and calculators
• Ensure current energy efficiency projects reflect federal and state energy codes

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

• Active enrollment and completion of 2 or more years in post-secondary education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or Energy preferred)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Able to work 40 hours per week, September 8th, 2026 - December 23rd, 2026.
• Interest and ambition to work in the fast-paced energy efficiency industry
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and detailed calculation work
• Strong math and analytical skills

Compensation

$23.00 / hour CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
