DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung und Koordination der Bauvorbereitenden Maßnahmen (BVM)
  • Ansprechpartner für Auftragnehmer, Dienstleister und weitere Projektbeteiligte
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und genehmigungskonformen Projektumsetzung
  • Steuerung der Schnittstellen zwischen Bauvorbereitung, Planung, Bauausführung und Gesamtprojekt
  • Organisation und Leitung von Projekt-, Koordinations- und Managementbesprechungen
  • Überwachung von Projektterminen sowie frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen und Risiken
  • Erstellung von Statusberichten und Management-Reportings
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergabeverfahren und Vertragsmanagement
  • Bewertung von Nachträgen und Pflege des Nachtragsregisters
  • Koordination externer Fachpartner wie Bauüberwachung, Umweltbaubegleitung, SiGeKo, Qualitätssicherung und Geotechnik
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards

DEINE BERUFSERFAHRUNG & EXPERTISE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder Energieprojekte
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Projekt-, Termin-, Risiko-, Vertrags- und Vergabemanagement
  • Erfahrung in Großprojekten der Energie-, Infrastruktur- oder Bauwirtschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
