Job Description
We are seeking individuals to join our Operations Production Team in Allen, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong interest in assembling electro-mechanical assemblies as a Production Assembler. The assembly operations include device programming & testing, mechanical & electrical assembly, electrical testing and final packaging. There are immediate positions available on both 1st and 2nd shifts to meet the growth demands of the business. Opportunities exist for future advancement, and we strive to promote from within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and electronic products by following written work instructions and established procedures.
- Perform device programming, electrical testing, final product testing, packaging, and labeling.
- Complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and consistently while meeting quality and production standards.
- Take ownership of assigned work from beginning to end and ensure work is completed correctly.
- Identify and communicate quality, process, safety, or equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Use hand tools, basic power tools, and testing equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time and prepared for the scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Vocational training, technical certification, or related education in electronics, electrical systems, manufacturing, or a similar field preferred.
- Experience performing detailed assembly work requiring patience and sustained attention.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow written instructions, established procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and accept responsibility for assigned work.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to identify and support opportunities for process and quality improvement.
