As a Tendering Specialist, for Control & Protection & Substation Automation systems, you will have many interfaces and interesting work tasks, and you will get great opportunities for learning and development working on potential future projects across the globe. Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and Prepare Bill of Materials, deviation list and detailed product configurations.
  • Deliver accurate cost estimations as per tender scope of work.
  • In coordination with the team manager, elaborate bid prices and offering strategy.
  • Participate in the Risk Review process as needed in accordance with Company policy.
  • Verify the commercial and legal interests of the offer with Front end Sales and "Commercial & legal advisor".
  • Monitor progress of tender deliverables and perform continuous follow-up on tender scope and time.
  • Proactive and result-driven professional with the ability to work with cross-functional and cross-border teams as well as to cope with a flexible-load environment.
  • Promote process feedback to the organization.
  • Promote a positive customer experience by submitting quality deliverables on time.

Your Background

  • Bachelor Degree with 5-10 yrs. of experience in Electrical & Electronics.
  • Sound knowledge in Protection & Control products & Substation Automation systems.
  • Prior engineering & tendering experience, to handle tenders and manage risk assessments.
  • Very high awareness of quality and standardization incl. Re-use.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Has good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
