Job Description

Our EMEA team is looking for a junior- to mid-level Business Development Manager to develop and maintain client relationships while promoting Clobotics' wind turbine blade inspection, repair, and maintenance services across the region.

This role is based in Esbjerg, Denmark, with travel for client meetings and exhibitions across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of wind turbine blade inspection, repair, and maintenance services across the EMEA region.
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing partnerships with wind park owners, operators, and wind turbine manufacturers.
  • Promote advanced technologies developed in-house, including autonomous drones, inspection robots, repair robots, AI software, and web portals.
  • Build successful, long-term client relationships from our base in Esbjerg.
  • Travel for client meetings and industry exhibitions across the region.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Two to five years of experience in business development, supported by strong networking and communication skills.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented approach to finding and developing new business opportunities.
  • An interest in technology, with confidence discussing technical products and services.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
