Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Visitor Guide to help us make a great first impression - every time. You will be welcoming international visitors, politicians, companies, journalists and delegations to one of Europe's first industrial Power-to-X facilities and getting first-hand exposure to the energy transition.

No two days are the same - one day you might be giving a guided tour, the next you are preparing meeting spaces or supporting our teams in Kassø and Søborg with practical tasks.

This is a dynamic, people-focused role where communication, coordination, and attention to detail come together. You will work closely with everyone in the organization from interns to the CEO, and you will be supported by our experienced Communications Team in Søborg, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all practical aspects of guest visits and guided tours
  • Prepare meeting rooms so they are always tidy, welcoming, and fully functional
  • Welcome and host guests - and conduct engaging plant tours with EE colleagues
  • Support the teams at Kassø and Søborg with various tasks depending on the day
  • Be a hands-on team player wherever help is needed, probably 50% visit and 50% general support
  • Support the daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities including light repairs, and practical tasks to support daily operation
  • Keeping workspaces, storage, and outdoor areas clean, tidying up in technical rooms and workshops
  • Supporting operations, technicians, and external contractors

What we are looking for

  • You are positive and enjoy meeting new people
  • A natural communicator who is comfortable talking to everyone - from Technicians to Executives
  • You enjoy being organized and keeping spaces neat and professional
  • You are curious about green energy and new technologies (bonus if you are already into it!)
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office
  • A driver's license is required
