Wir bringen regionales Handwerk und skalierbare Software zusammen: Solar, Speicher, Wärmepumpe und E-Mobilität denken wir nicht einzeln, sondern steuern sie als intelligentes, integriertes Gesamtsystem in unserem virtuellen Kraftwerk. Deine Position

  • Du bist für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (via Ticketing-System, Telefon, E-Mail oder anderen Kommunikationskanälen) zuständig
  • Du stellst sachkundigen Support und Lösungen für Kundenprobleme oder Anliegen
  • Du bearbeitest und/oder koordinierst Reklamationen und suchst aktiv nach Lösungen
  • Du kommunizierst Prozesse lösungsorientiert mit allen beteiligten Gewerken
  • Du bist die Anbindung zu unserem Auftragsmanagement

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Servicecenter, technischen Support oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Du bist gut organisiert und verfügst über die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten
  • Du nimmst Kundenanliegen emphatisch auf und bearbeitest diese lösungsorientiert
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für digitale Prozesse
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team und kannst effektiv mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
