Deine Aufgaben

Planung, Steuerung und Begleitung von Projekten im Rotorblattservice
Abstimmung von Leistungsumfang, Terminen und Anforderungen mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und Partnern
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Einsatz-, Termin- und Ressourcenplänen
Koordination von Personal, Material, Werkzeugen, Geräten und Fremdleistungen
Überwachung von Qualität, Kosten, Terminen und Ausführung
Steuerung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden
Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Projektdokumentation und Vorbereitung der Abrechnung
Überwachung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Vorgaben
Berichterstattung zu Projektstatus, Risiken und Handlungsbedarfen
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards
Unterstützung bei der Auswahl neuer Mitarbeitender

Dein Profil

Erforderlich
- Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder Rotorblattservice
- Erfahrung in Projektsteuerung, Einsatzplanung oder Projektabwicklung
- Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling, Dokumentation und Reporting
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
- Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und technischen Abläufen
- Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Teams und Partnern
- Teamfähigkeit sowie ein lösungsorientierter Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
Wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit Einsatzplanung im Außendienst
- Kenntnisse in technischer Dokumentation
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmern / Fremddienstleistern
- Grundverständnis für kaufmännische Projektbewertung, Nachkalkulation oder Budgetverantwortung
- Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Faserverbundwerkstoffen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Rotorblattservice, Windenergie oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld
- GWO-Trainings und/oder SCC-/VCA-Zertifizierung
- ERP-Kenntnisse (Business Central)
- Führerschein Klasse BE
