Your mission

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Technical Project Manager to drive complex new product development projects and help shape how projects are delivered across Schletter Utility Scale. We value ownership, practical intelligence, energy and the ability to get things done more than formal project management certifications.

This is a hands-on role for someone who creates structure, brings people together, challenges assumptions and removes obstacles. You are comfortable working in ambiguity, taking responsibility and driving progress without formal authority.

You will lead a portfolio of 4-5 cross-functional projects, working across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Commercial teams.

  • Lead new product development projects from concept through validation, industrialisation and launch.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources.
  • Lead projects with typical investments of €500k-€4m, ensuring clear cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.
  • Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around priorities, decisions and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and remove roadblocks and drive timely decision-making.
  • Establish clear project governance, reporting and accountability.
  • Help implement and embed the New Product Development Lifecycle (NPDL) across the organisation.
  • Improve project management practices, planning discipline and delivery predictability.
  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working together with the PMO.
  • Support projects across global entities where relevant (i.e. Spain)

  • Strong ownership, follow-through and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and turning problems into action.
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Confident challenging assumptions and driving change.
  • Engineering or other technical backgrounds are an advantage.
  • Experience in solar, trackers, manufacturing or mechanical engineering is a strong plus.
