We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive - Land Acquisition to support land acquisition activities for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hybrid projects across India. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and securing land parcels, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Land Acquisition & Due Diligence

  • Identify and acquire private, government, and forest land required for renewable energy projects.
  • Conduct preliminary due diligence, land title verification, and ownership assessments.
  • Support the preparation of land acquisition proposals and documentation for approvals.

Regulatory & Legal Coordination

  • Facilitate approvals related to revenue, forest, and tribal lands from relevant government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for resolution of land-related issues and documentation review.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with landowners, local communities, government officials, and district authorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate project development.
  • Assist in resolving right-of-way (ROW), compensation, and site access-related issues.

Project Support

  • Support project teams in land procurement planning and execution within project timelines.
