Responsibilities
- Support M&A processes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle (sell-side, JVs, buy-side) with the goal of becoming able to independently lead full transaction processes.
- Prepare term sheets, teasers, and information memoranda.
- Lead financial modelling activities during transaction processes.
- Prepare ongoing financial analyses and materials required for transaction execution.
- Support the management of external advisors, including legal, technical, and financial advisory firms.
- Coordinate due diligence processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide support to senior team members during negotiations of transaction documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A gained in investment banking, financial advisory, an M&A boutique, investment fund, renewable energy developer, or IPP.
- Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of financial modelling and proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
