Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert

  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen (u. a. Sprachkurse, Trainings zu Selbst- und Aufgabenmanagement sowie Führungskräfte-Workshops).
  • Koordination der Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern und Partnern sowie Betreuung der Teilnehmer*innen und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Rechnungen und Anfragen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration aktueller und zukünftiger Schulungsmaßnahmen in unserem Lernmanagement-System „LMS 365" sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung unserer Mitarbeiterumfragen und Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Performance-Prozesses.
  • Erstellung von Entwicklungs- und Kommunikationsmaterialien für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen.
  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung eines Leadership-Newsletters, der Führungskräften wertvolle Informationen und Ressourcen bietet.

Das bringst du mit

  • Studium im Bereich Personalwesen, BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Interesse an Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Change-Management.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ein Gespür für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel sind von Vorteil.
