Your Responsibilities
- Taking the lead role in highly complex industrial projects (>100 MW, multi-partner setups).
- Leveraging established network of contacts and customers to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.
- Developing commercial strategies, pricing concepts and bid architectures independently.
- Managing strategic key accounts and long-term partnerships.
- Support to management and VP Sales with market strategy, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization.
- Driving further development of MHP commercialization, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
- Representing Quest One at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen market visibility.
- Collaborating closely with technical and product management teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, including experience in hydrogen, renewable energy, industrial gases, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million Euro contracts.
- Existing network of hydrogen industry contacts (developers, off-takers, EPCs, utilities, or industrial customers).
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Technically competent to engage in solution discussions with customers and engineers.
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
