Vielfältige Aufgaben

Du unterstützt beim Potenzialscreening des ODR Netzgebietes für neue Projekte im Wind Onshore und PV-Freiflächenbereich.
Zudem hilfst du Deinen direkten Kolleg*innen bei der Vor- und Nacharbeit in den Projekten sowie bei Bürgerinfoveranstaltungen in unseren Kommunen.
Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören ebenso administrative Tätigkeiten. Du erstellst Serienbriefe und personalisierte Verträge und übernimmst Backoffice-Tätigkeiten wie Telefonate und die Bearbeitung der Sammelpostfächer.
Im CRM-System und im Geoportal bist du für die Datenpflege zuständig. Dabei visualisierst du Projektflächen und erstellst Auswertungen.

Überzeugendes Profil

Studium: Du bist ein immatrikulierter Student (w/m/d)
Erfahrungen: Bestenfalls konntest Du durch dein Studium schon erste relevante Erfahrung sammeln.
Kenntnisse: Du bringst eine gute Portion Neugierde an neuartigen Themenstellungen mit. Du bist geübt im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint) und setzt diese routiniert im Arbeitsalltag ein.
Arbeitsweise: Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein teamorientierter Arbeitsstil zeichnen dich aus.
Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative. Zudem arbeitest du selbstständig, bist verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig.

Durch die Tätigkeiten ist eine Anwesenheit vor Ort in Ellwangen (Jagst) von 1 bis 2 Tagen erforderlich.
