Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a portfolio of aftermarket and service customers
- Building long-term partnerships with key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving aftermarket sales growth
- Leading commercial discussions, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts
- Working closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to deliver the best solutions for customers
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business strategy
- Maintaining accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasts
Our requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Technical awareness and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- A proactive, self-driven approach and strong organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% of the time)
