Das erwartet dich

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung zentraler finanzbezogener Prozesse und Systeme mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Standardisierung und Skalierbarkeit in den Bereichen Belegwesen und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Steuerung der End-to-End-Prozesse in AP/AR über verschiedene Gesellschaften und Projektstrukturen hinweg, Aufbau eines skalierbaren Mahnwesens
  • Erfassung und formelle Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Sicherstellung eines vollständigen, nachvollziehbaren Belegwesens
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Ausgangsrechnung und Gutschriften sowie Weiterbelastungen an interne und externe Empfänger unter Einhaltung formeller und steuerlicher Anforderungen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungspotenzialen im Sinne eines KI-first-Ansatzes zur nachhaltigen Optimierung von operativen Abläufen und Datenqualität
  • Business Ownership für das ERP-System mit Verantwortung für die fachliche Prozessabbildung, die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Workflows sowie die Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Datenbasis als „Single Source of Truth"
  • Zentrale Koordinationsfunktion an der Schnittstelle zu IT sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere zur Strukturierung fachlicher Anforderungen, Begleitung von Tests und Rollouts
  • Verantwortung für Liquiditätsplanung, Monitoring und bankenrelevante Kennzahlen auf Ebene der Projektgesellschaften, einschließlich DSCR-Berechnungen als Grundlage für ein belastbares und adressatengerechtes Reporting

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftsnahes Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Financial Operations bzw. in finanzrelevanten Prozessen wie AP/AR, Zahlungsverkehr, Belegwesen und idealerweise Liquiditätsplanung
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie hohe Sorgfalt und Verlässlichkeit im Umgang mit Zahlungen, Stammdaten und Fristen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und der Fähigkeit, Standards wirksam im Tagesgeschäft zu verankern
  • Erfahrung in Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen sowie Interesse an Prozessabbildung, Systemoptimierung und Datenqualität
  • Begeisterung für KI-gestützte Prozessoptimierung mit pragmatischem Blick für Automatisierung und operative Umsetzbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
