Job description
Responsibilities
- Represent the engineering department to conduct daily communication and cooperation with designated generator suppliers at the supplier site.
- Follow up and supervise the delivery of project design documents in accordance with project schedules, including data sheets, engineering drawings, calculation reports, DFMEA and simulation reports.
- Verify the manufacturing process of prototype products, and identify potential risks in product design and production process.
- Witness the incoming inspection of key raw materials, as well as the process test and final test during the prototype development phase.
- Track and verify the implementation progress and effectiveness of engineering changes implemented by suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with SQA resident engineers to troubleshoot and resolve all product quality issues.
- Evaluate and verify supplier's 2D/3D models, and undertake test fixture design work.
- Be responsible for the assembly and testing work of electrical components in the nacelle production plant.
- Provide technical support for special test verification conducted by suppliers or third-party institutions.
- Analyze and evaluate engineering design changes and cost reduction optimization schemes.
- Manage and maintain project technical documents and 3D structural data in the Teamcenter system.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor or Master degree majoring in Electrical Engineering.
- Language Skill: Native Mandarin speaker with proficient professional English in oral and written communication.
- Work Experience: More than 5 years of working experience, including 2-3 years of professional engineering technical working experience.
