Deine Aufgaben
- Identifizierung und Sicherung von Projektflächen
- Verhandlungsführung mit Grundstückseigentümer:innen
- Überzeugen von Gemeindevertreter:innen sowie weiteren politischen Amts- und Planungsträger:innen
- Verantwortung für das Projekt von der Bauleitplanung über die Baugenehmigung bis zur Baureife
- Entwicklung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Lösungsstrategien mit dem Ziel, die Projekte aktiv voranzutreiben
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Erneuerbaren Energien, der Energiepolitik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit politischen Akteuren und Institutionen sowie ein gutes politisches Netzwerk
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
- Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Lösungsorientierung sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (Führerschein Klasse B)
