Ihre Aufgaben

Technisches Projektmanagement für die Website www.energie-effizienz-experten.de mit Schwerpunkt Hosting und ISMS

Projektleitung & technische Umsetzung: Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Web-Projekten, insb. Betrieb, Hosting-Infrastruktur, IT-Sicherheit und technische Weiterentwicklung (Git/GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, TYPO3, APIs)
Schnittstellen- und Stakeholdermanagement: Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (Agenturen, Entwickler) und internen IT-Verantwortlichen sowie proaktive Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
Anforderungs- und ISMS-Management: Erfassung, Priorisierung und Dokumentation technischer sowie ISMS-bezogener Anforderungen; Mitgestaltung, Unterstützung von BSI IT-Grundschutz und sicherheitstechnischen Entscheidungen
Prozessoptimierung & Dokumentation: Erarbeitung, Optimierung und Dokumentation von ISMS-, Datenschutz- (DSGVO) und IT-Prozessen; Unterstützung bei Audits
Projektsteuerung & Testing: Durchführung von Abstimmungsterminen, Erstellung von Briefings/Tickets (GitLab, Planio) sowie Testing und Freigabe von Leistungen
Budgetverantwortung: Mitarbeit bei Budgetplanung, -kontrolle und Optimierung von Workflows

Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mindestens 30 Stunden) zu besetzen und zunächst befristet für zwei Jahre mit der Option der dauerhaften Übernahme.

Ihr Profil

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement von komplexen Web-Software-Projekten
Erfahrungen mit ISMS-Prozessen und -Dokumentation, vorzugsweise BSI IT-Grundschutz
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder Berufausbildung und fundierte Praxiserfahrung im technischen Web-Projektmanagement
Technisches Verständnis aktueller Web-Technologien, insb. TYPO3-CMS, APIs, Cloud-Server (Kubernetes, Docker) und automatisierten Deployment/DevOps-Prozessen (Git/Gitlab)
Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft, hohe Eigeninitiative, Interesse an den Themenfeldern Web-Software und IT-Sicherheit
Erfahrung in der Führung von externen Dienstleistern
Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte
Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
