Mit unserem Team von rund 90 Mitarbeitern entwickeln und fertigen wir nicht nur CO2-freundliche Holzvergaser- und Holzgas-BHKW-Anlagen, sondern auch die gesamte Peripherie wie die passende Förder- und Austragstechnik sowie vollautomatische Hackschnitzeltrockner.
Deine Aufgaben
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems in enger Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsmitarbeitern
- Identifikation, Diagnose und Lösung technischer Probleme im CRM-System
- Proaktives Einbringen eigener Verbesserungsideen und Lösungsvorschläge
- Übernahme definierter Office-Management-Tätigkeiten und Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft des Vertriebs
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung aussagekräftiger Excel-Auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei der Datenaufbereitung und Prozessoptimierung
Dein Profil
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit Technik- oder Datenbezug
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, idealerweise erste VBA-Kenntnisse
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an technischen Produkten und vertrieblichen Prozessen
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
