Als Quality Inspector (m/w/d) bist du für die Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards in der Fertigung von Solarmodulen verantwortlich. Du trägst zur Fehlervermeidung, Prozessoptimierung und Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Sicht- und Funktionsprüfungen (Qualitätsprüfungen) an Solarmodulen und -komponenten gemäß Prüfplänen und Spezifikationen
- Anwendung elektrischer Prüfverfahren (z. B. EL- und IV-Prüfung)
- Kontrolle von Laminierungs-, Verschaltungs- und Rahmungsprozessen
- Dokumentation und Analyse von Prüfergebnissen
- Erkennung, Meldung und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen und Fehlern
- Sperrung und Freigabe von Materialien/Produkten nach Prüfergebnissen
- Mitarbeit bei der Ursachenanalyse und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei internen Audits und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
- Enge Abstimmung mit der Produktion bei Qualitätsproblemen
- Ordnungsgemäße Nutzung und Pflege der Prüfmittel und Messgeräte
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise in der Photovoltaik- oder Elektronikfertigung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Prüfmitteln und Messverfahren, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Solarmodulen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
- Kenntnisse relevanter Normen (z. B. ISO 9001)
- Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
