Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort Nennhausen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine technische Leitung(m/w/d) für unsere Biogasanlage.
Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der MitarbeiterInnen
- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der technischen Prozesse der 2,8 MW NAWARO Biogasanlage
- Optimierung des technischen Betriebs der Biogasanlage
- Sicherstellung der Rohstoffversorgung der Biogasanlage
- Steuerung der Durchführung aller notwendigen Genehmigungsverfahren, Dokumentationspflichten, Begutachtungen und sonstiger Betreiberpflichten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien, Energiewirtschaft, Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Kompetenzen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betriebswirtschaft und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Betriebs von Biogasanlagen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Landwirtschaft
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse über notwendige Genehmigungen und weitere Betreiberpflichten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket und in der Anwendung der englischen Sprache
