What You'll Do What You'll Need

Meyer Utility Structures is currently looking to hire a Plant Administrative Assistant for our plant located in Hager City WI. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across plant departments, including accounting/finance, human resources and quality control. The successful candidate will also coordinate information and activities with internal team members, with third parties, vendors and/or customers.

What You'll Do

Perform general administrative duties and support for plant departments such as accounting, human resources, and quality control, etc.
Execute and report on research and data analysis projects as needed
Work independently and in a group setting when appropriate to determine best approach to assignments and processes
Coordinate information and activities with other team members
May coordinate or exchange information with third parties, vendors, or customers
Provide presence at front desk, assist guests and answer phones
Prepare and maintain various reports for HR, assist with payroll duties, scan documents, create announcements and postings
Other job duties as assigned

What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent with up to 3 years of related work experience.
Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
Advanced skills in MS Office, including excellent skills in Excel
Detail orientation with a high level of organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
