Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und unbefristet einen Projektmanager (m/w/d) internationales Investment- und Vertragscontrolling am Standort Potsdam.
Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das Investment Controlling von internationalen Wind- und Solarparkprojekten vom Financial Close, in der Bauphase und während des laufenden Betriebs
- Zentrale Rolle bei der Überwachung und Steuerung aller Budgets sowie der Erstellung von Progress- und Financial Reports für die Geschäftsführung
- Verantwortung für das zentrale Banken-Covenant-Management inklusive Pflege, Überwachung und Aktualisierung des Covenant-Registers
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Kreditauflagen, Fristen sowie Informations- und Berichtspflichten
- Analyse relevanter Finanzkennzahlen und Projektmeilensteine einschließlich Ableitung von Empfehlungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und Dashboards sowie Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Compliance und Dokumentation
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Rechnungswesen, Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Controlling oder Covenant-Management, Corporate Finance, Treasury, oder einem vergleichbaren Finanzumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Finanzierungs- und Kreditverträgen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche und finanzielle Sachverhalte zu analysieren und zu bewerten
- Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenzen sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit Controlling-, Covenant- oder Vertragsmanagement-Tools von wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und/oder Ukrainischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
