En tant qu'Ingénieur.e Études Senior Postes HTB/HTA, vous pilotez la conception technique de postes haute tension stratégiques. Vous intervenez pour des clients majeurs comme RTE, ENEDIS et des producteurs d'énergies renouvelables. Votre rôle est central, visible et porteur de sens.

Vos missions

  • Piloter et coordonner les disciplines techniques sur les projets de création, extension et rénovation de postes HTB/HTA.
  • Produire, contrôler et valider les livrables techniques : schémas électriques, plans d'implantation, notes de calcul et dossiers complets.
  • Garantir l'application des référentiels RTE, ENEDIS et des normes IEC, IEEE et EN/NF.
  • Contribuer aux chiffrages, estimations techniques et à l'optimisation des solutions d'ingénierie.
  • Assurer le contrôle qualité des études et la coordination des interfaces entre disciplines.
  • Participer au développement des outils de modélisation numérique, notamment BIM et Revit.
  • Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes et structurer les méthodes du pôle.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur en électrotechnique, électricité ou énergie.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en études et conception de postes HTB/HTA.
  • Maîtrise des référentiels RTE, ENEDIS et des normes IEC, IEEE, EN/NF.
  • Compétences solides en dimensionnement d'équipements HTB/HTA, systèmes SCADA et télécoms associés.
  • Maîtrise de Revit, DigSilent PowerFactory, ETAP et Navisworks.
  • Leadership technique reconnu et capacité à transmettre vos savoir-faire.
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel.

Localisation

La Garenne Colombes, France - Service T&D BAGEN de Tractebel France. Mode de travail hybride avec jusqu'à deux jours de télétravail par semaine.
