Créée en 2010, Symbio est une filiale des groupes Michelin et Faurecia, qui conçoit des Systèmes Hydrogène.
Nous recherchons un Métrologue mesures 3D (H/F) en CDI au sein de notre équipe Qualité Usine et Métrologie.
Sous la responsabilité du manager Qualité Usine et Métrologie, vous avez en charge la définition et la mise en œuvre des méthodes de contrôle des différents produits ou composants, dans le respect des normes, afin de vérifier le respect des spécifications, dans toutes les phases de vie d'un projet.
Vos missions principales sont
- Réaliser des revues de plan (cotation ISO, mesurabilité...)
- Sélectionner les moyens de contrôle les plus pertinents
- Réaliser des gammes de mesure et rédaction de rapports de contrôle
- Programmer les machines de mesure tridimensionnelles tactiles et optiques
- utiliser des instruments de mesure conventionnel (pied à coulisse, colonne de mesure, rugosimètre...)
- Mesurer des pièces en contrôle réception, échantillons initiaux, prototypes et autres besoins d'investigation ou de mise au point.
- Evaluer et analyser des résultats de mesure
- Participer à la recherche de causes NC au sein d'une équipe Qualité
- Proposer des solutions de contrôle ou actions de résolution de problèmes
