Créée en 2010, Symbio est une filiale des groupes Michelin et Faurecia, qui conçoit des Systèmes Hydrogène.
Nous recherchons un Pilote Procédés Formulation (H/F) en CDI au sein de notre équipe Matériaux.
Sous la responsabilité du Manager MEA et Stack, le Pilote Procédés Formulation développe des process de formulation d'Encre et/ou s'assure de leur livraison aux équipes opérationnelles suivant les objectifs industriels et clients.
Vous avez la responsabilité des tâches suivantes:
- Gérer toutes les interactions d'ordre technique entre les clients et les fournisseurs
- Définir le concept projet et les lignes de production ou systèmes industriels connexes
- Définir les gammes de fabrication et l'aménagement fonctionnel de ligne
- Respecter le cahier des charges Fonctionnel Produit et les plans produit
- Analyser les risques et mettre en œuvre les plans de levée des risques
- Coordonner les validations process et réaliser un plan d'évaluation
- Définir les tests de validation pendant les fabrications prototypes et synthétiser les enseignements
- Créer les cahiers des charges (Machines, Outillages, Lignes, Systèmes industriels connexes)
- Participer au choix des fournisseurs suivant la stratégie de l'entreprise
- Développer le réseau fournisseur Encre en association avec le service Achat
- S'assurer du respect de la Qualité, Couts et Délais et des cahiers des charges, gérer les revues d'études et acceptation des moyens
- Réaliser et coordonner les mises au point machines
- Consolider et valider la qualité des composants
- S'assurer de la conformité du process
- Gérer la capitalisation de savoir sur le domaine Encre
- Contribuer au "Design To Manufacturing"
