Job description

Responsibilities
- Pull inventory for each job
- Pre-assemble job material.
- Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware.
- Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment. * Communicate and document job completion.
- Make sure the job site is cleaned up nightly and at the end of the project.
- Additional duties required as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of solar installation experience preferred but not required. Candidates with construction, roofing, or electrical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in solar or electrical systems are a plus.
- Licensing: Electrical Trainee Card or willingness to obtain it is a plus.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work at heights, and proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
