Ihre Rolle

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der konzernweiten IBP-Planung inklusive Forecast-Abstimmung und Bedarfsplanung
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung realisierbarer Produktions- und Versorgungspläne mit Werken und Procurement
  • Ableitung und Steuerung von Produktionsprogrammen sowie Komponenten- und Materialbedarfen
  • Analyse von Planabweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Bearbeitung und Bewertung von Sonderanfragen sowie Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Planungsparametern, Systemen und Tools
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des S&OP-Prozesses und seiner Schnittstellen
  • Mitwirkung bei der konzernweiten Planungssteuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs GMPP als strategischer Steuerungsfunktion

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Sales & Operations Planning, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Praxiserfahrung mit SAP IBP sowie gute Kenntnisse angrenzender SAP-Module (MM, PP, SD) und MS Office
  • Analytische Denkweise kombiniert mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für Markt- und Kundenanforderungen
  • Proaktive, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie hohe Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Für Schwerbehinderte geeignet, entsprechend dem gestellten Aufgaben- und Anforderungsprofil
