Job description
Verkor est une entreprise industrielle française en pleine expansion, pionnière dans la fabrication de batteries bas carbone. Soutenue par des leaders comme Renault, Plastic Omnium et Schneider Electric, notre mission est claire : électrifier l'avenir de la mobilité européenne.
Avec plus de 1000 talents venus de 49 pays, nous construisons ensemble une Gigafactory ultra-moderne à Dunkerque, capable de produire 16 GWh de batteries lithium-ion par an, soit l'équivalent de 300 000 véhicules électriques.
Missions
- Décliner le plan d'approvisionnement dans sa zone de responsabilité et l'ajuster en fonction des aléas (technique, matières premières, sécurité, personnel)
- Superviser le déroulement des opérations et coordonner avec les services supports
- Proposer et déployer la polyvalence des opérateur/ices de son périmètre
- Recueillir les anomalies, collecter les informations et les causes des dysfonctionnements constatés
- Renseigner et tenir à jour le suivi de l'activité (tableaux de bords, indicateurs, relevés d'incidents, qualité...)
- Réaliser les tours de terrain réguliers, vérifier et garantir la bonne application des standards de fonctionnement
- Assurer la liaison avec les flux en amont et en aval
Responsabilités
- Appliquer et faire appliquer les consignes liées à la sécurité au poste et au port des EPI, avoir un comportement sécuritaire exemplaire
- Contrôler et faire respecter le 5S
- Alerter les parties prenantes de toute situation à risque
- Assurer la formation des opérateur/ices sur leur zone de travail et nouveaux arrivants
- Participer à des groupes de travail dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue
Profil recherché
- Expérience industrielle sur un poste similaire de 3 ans minimum
- Maîtrise et appétence pour les outils informatiques
- Capacité à communiquer et à animer une zone / un secteur
- Polyvalence, esprit d'équipe et respect strict des consignes (horaires, sécurité, propreté)
- Réactivité et capacité d'adaptation face aux imprévus
- Titulaire des permis CACES 1, 3, 5
