Dans le cadre du développement de notre Gigafactory située à Bourbourg, Verkor recrute un(e) RH de proximité (H/F) en CDD pour accompagner les équipes sur le terrain et piloter les processus RH.

Vos missions principales

En tant que RH de proximité, vous serez un acteur clé dans l'accompagnement de nos équipes. Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :

Accompagnement RH opérationnel

  • Être le relais RH auprès des équipes du secteur dédié et assurer une communication fluide avec les différents interlocuteurs.
  • Déployer et veiller au respect des règles et processus RH définis au niveau du groupe.
  • Accompagner les managers dans leurs responsabilités RH quotidiennes.
  • Répondre aux problématiques RH du terrain et proposer des solutions adaptées.

Suivi des collaborateurs et développement des compétences

  • Assurer un suivi individualisé des collaborateurs du secteur et remonter les situations spécifiques.
  • Participer au suivi et à la mise en œuvre du plan de développement des compétences du département.

Gestion des outils et reporting RH

  • Utiliser efficacement les outils RH mis à disposition pour la gestion administrative et opérationnelle.
  • Produire et animer un reporting régulier de votre activité à la Direction RH.
  • Piloter les processus RH en fournissant des indicateurs précis et pertinents (tableaux de bord, VDM du département, VDM RH).

Sécurité et conformité

  • Respecter et veiller à l'application des consignes de sécurité au sein du secteur.

Profil recherché

Formation : De Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines

Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en RH opérationnel, acquise dans un environnement industriel

Compétences : Vous maîtrisez les outils RH et faites preuve d'excellentes capacités d'écoute et d'analyse. Reconnu.e pour votre esprit d'équipe, votre rigueur et votre sens de l'initiative, vous évoluez avec aisance dans un environnement multiculturel. Vous savez gérer les priorités, faire face à l'urgence avec efficacité et travailler en toute autonomie.

Langues : La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable (niveau B2 minimum).
