Partner des Führungsteams bei Priorisierung, Strukturierung und Steuerung zentraler Initiativen der Gruppe
Mitarbeit an der Markt- und Geschäftsmodellerweiterung, um das Geschäft der E.GRUPPE weiter zu skalieren
Identifikation von Engpässen in bestehenden Prozessen und Entwicklung skalierbarer Lösungen
Eigenständige Erstellung von Analysen, Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen zur Steuerung wichtiger Themenfelder
Verantwortung für funktions- und teamübergreifende Initiativen - Einspringen dort, wo keine einzelne Abteilung klar zuständig ist
Verbesserung der Kernprozesse durch Beheben unklarer Zuständigkeiten und struktureller Lücken, mit KI und Automatisierung, wo sie echten Mehrwert schaffen
Vor- und Nachbereitung der Geschäftsführer-Meeting-Kadenz inklusive konsequenter Nachverfolgung offener Punkte

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 3+ Jahre) in der Unternehmensberatung, einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen/Scale-up oder einer vergleichbaren Stabsfunktion - idealerweise mit Bezug zu Private-Equity-Portfoliounternehmen oder einem Mittelstand mit mehreren Gesellschaften
Sicherer Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen, Projektmanagement-Methoden und gängigen Analyse-/Office-Tools
Kommunikationsstark und überzeugend im Dialog - Du gewinnst Zustimmung durch Argumente und bringst sehr gutes Stakeholder-Management mit
Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenmotivation, Diskretion und Integrität
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Reisebereitschaft zwischen den Standorten der Gruppe
