Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just install chargers. We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves.

If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. 😎 We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.

How You'll Shape Our Story

Powerdot owns and operates 12,000+ charging points across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. Every session, charger, contract and grid connection generates data, and almost every decision we make, from pricing to energy to partner payments, depends on that data being right.

Our Data team runs a modern lakehouse and serves the whole company. We are looking for a Product Manager to own what the team builds and why: which data products matter most, how they are defined, and whether the business can trust them.

What you will do

  • Own the roadmap for the Data team's products: the governed reporting layer, self-serve analytics, and the data models behind pricing, subscriptions, energy and partners
  • Run our data quality and consistency programme across the systems that hold our commercial, operational and charging data, and drive the fixes at the root, not only the clean-up
  • Be the single entry point for data requests: understand the business need, prioritise across teams, and say no with a reason when needed
  • Turn business questions into clear data requirements: definitions, owners, tests and acceptance criteria
  • Make sure the data our AI agents rely on is reliable and accessible
  • Measure adoption and trust in what the team ships, and act on it
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts and data scientists, and with Pricing, Energy, Finance, Operations and Growth

This Is About You, Not Us

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, or in a data-adjacent role (analytics, BI, data consulting, analytics engineering) where you owned what got built
  • You have shipped data products or internal platforms that other teams depend on
  • You understand how data flows between operational systems and why records end up disagreeing
  • You are structured: you turn a vague request into a precise definition and a plan
  • You can get other teams to fix their data without having authority over them
  • Clear communicator with technical and business audiences
  • Fluent English
  • Bonus: SQL, experience with dbt, Airflow, Metabase or similar, data governance or data quality work, AI or LLM tooling built on company data

The Kind of Energy We're Looking For

  • We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We're into people who make things happen.
  • You lead and listen. Whether you're steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
  • You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
  • You've got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
  • You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended 🔋).
  • You grow on purpose. You're hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.

How you'll be Powered up

  • 🏥 Private health insurance coverage
  • 💪🏼 Gym membership to help you stay active
  • ⏰ Flexible working hours: you own your time
  • 🌍 Annual offsite where we celebrate the year's achievements and spend quality time together (last year we went to Algarve, Portugal!)
  • 🤝🏼 Regular team-building events with your local teammates
  • 📚 English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
  • 🍩 Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day
  • ⚡️ Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
