So gestalten Sie mit uns die Energiewende
Sie sind verantwortlich für die privatrechtliche Sicherung neuer Solarstandorte, am Standort Bremen für Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Sachsen-Anhalt. Hierzu gehört neben der Recherche von neuen Flächenpotenzialen insbesondere der Abschluss von Nutzungsverträgen mit Grundstückseigentümern und Gemeinden. Die Festlegung der Einsatzschwerpunkte erfolgt in direkter Abstimmung mit unserem Büro in Bremen.
Das bringen Sie mit
Sie sind lebenserfahren, verhandlungssicher und zeichnen sich neben einem sympathischen Auftreten durch hohen Pragmatismus im Umgang mit den Menschen vor Ort aus. Ihre Menschenkenntnis und Ihr rhetorisches Geschick kommen Ihnen in Verhandlungssituationen zu Gute. Sie sind es gewohnt, selbständig zu arbeiten und haben idealerweise einen Bezug zur Solarenergie. Die regionalen ländlich und landwirtschaftlich geprägten Strukturen sind Ihnen sehr gut vertraut. Außerdem verfügen Sie über eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und sind es gewohnt, auf Basis einer leistungsorientierten Vergütung zu arbeiten. Erfahrungen mit akquisitions- oder vertriebsorientierten Tätigkeiten sind von Vorteil.
Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe mit hoher Eigenverantwortung in der teamgeprägten Struktur von Energiekontor. Die Tätigkeit bietet ein lukratives Zusatzeinkommen für Selbständige oder Landwirte Die Arbeitszeit kann weitgehend frei eingeteilt werden.
