Job description
Vous serez rattaché au Groupe Maintenance Réseau (GMR) Forez-Velay basé à Saint Etienne et vous intégrerez l'Equipe Maintenance Spécialisée Postes (composée de 12 personnes).
Sous la responsabilité d'un chargé de travaux, vous serez amené à intervenir par équipe de 3-4 personnes afin de :
- Réaliser des actions de maintenance préventives et curatives sur les postes électriques haute-tension (travaux hors tension, thermographie infrarouge, transformateurs, accumulateurs hydrauliques, etc)
- Intervenir d'urgence en cas d'avaries afin de réparer/remplacer les matériels et équipements haute-tension des postes électriques
- Réaliser des missions transverses pouvant porter sur la gestion des matériels, les données du patrimoine, la documentation du domaine, etc
- Effectuer le suivi du contrôle réglementaire (gestion du stockage du matériel, suivi de l'entretien du parc des véhicules...)

Pour vous permettre de remplir pleinement vos missions, vous bénéficierez d'une formation initiale au sein de notre « Campus Transfo » à Jonage, près de Lyon. Sur ce site unique en Europe, vous bénéficierez d'une formation alternant cours théoriques et chantiers-écoles sur le terrain.
Le profil recherché
- Vous êtes diplômé d'un bac dans le domaine technique /industriel ou vous avez de l'expérience professionnelle dans l'encadrement de chantiers de maintenance dans l'industrie avec différentes équipes composées d'au moins 3-4 techniciens.
- Des connaissances dans le domaine de la maintenance et du dépannage de matériels électriques seront appréciées (électrotechniques, mécaniques ou hydrauliques).
- Des expériences dans la conduite et manipulation d'engins de levage sont également des atouts.
- Vous êtes curieux, motivé pour apprendre un nouveau métier et évoluer au sein d'un collectif.
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et un bon esprit d'équipe.
- Vous êtes attentif aux règles de sécurité et vous veillez à votre sécurité et celle des autres.
- Vous avez une appétence pour le travail en hauteur.

- Rémunération : entre 24 k€ et 32 k€ brut annuel fixe. Selon notre grille de rémunération, en fonction du diplôme obtenu, des compétences & expériences professionnelles.
