Selbstständiger schichtübergreifender Maschinenbetrieb der zugeordneten Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung von Arbeitssicherheit und Qualität
Analyse von Abweichungen bei Laufzeiten, Qualität und Mengen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
Einrichtung und Einfahren neuer Produkte inklusive Optimierung der Prozesse und ggf. CAM-Programmierung
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit Technologen, Schichtmeistern und externen Partnern
Erstellung und Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Anleitungen
Durchführung von Kalibriermessungen, Maschinenfähigkeitsuntersuchungen und ähnlichen Prüfprozessen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker m/w/d
Weiterbildung zum Techniker m/w/d oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
Erfahrung an 5-Achs-Maschinen und Kenntnisse in der CAM-Programmierung
Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
