- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, including facility managers, sustainability officers, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with technical and project development teams to deliver customized solar solutions that meet client energy needs and financial objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine sales approaches and improve win rates.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, financial models, and ROI analyses to support client decision-making.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and KPIs using CRM platforms to ensure transparency and data-driven planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the sales and project handoff process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets in the renewable energy, clean tech, or construction industry.
