Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung und Bauleitung von Photovoltaikprojekten von der Baureife bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Steuerung und Koordination von Anlagenbau, Tiefbau und Netzanschluss
- Betreuung der Projekte von Spatenstich bis Übergabe
- Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen
- Koordination von Monteuren, Nachunternehmern und externen Partnern
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden, Netzbetreiber und Dienstleister
- Erstellung und Anpassung von Planunterlagen mit AutoCAD
- Materialbestellung und Projektlogistik
- Prüfung von Rechnungen und Nachträgen
- Organisation von Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten bei Freiflächenanlagen
- Früherkennung von Projektrisiken und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Pflege der Projektdokumentation und Projektdaten
- Unterstützung bei der Beauftragung und Steuerung von Dienstleistern
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Techniker/Meister)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Bereich Photovoltaik
- Technisches Verständnis für Anlagenbau, Tiefbau und Netzanschlüsse
- Gute AutoCAD- und Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Projektpartnern
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und wirtschaftliches Denken
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Begeisterung für erneuerbare Energien und die Energiewende
