Job description
We are looking for a dynamic Key account Manager to manage our existing channel partner network in the residential solar segment and drive sales through them. The role involves training newly onboarded partners, regular interaction with them, and helping partners navigate company processes to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training of newly onboarded channel partners on products, pricing, and sales process
- Maintain daily interaction with partners to track pipeline, resolve issues, and drive closures
- Support channel partners with company processes - order booking, documentation, subsidy application, and after-sales coordination
- Drive lead generation and conversion through the partner network to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular partner visits, market mapping, and competitor activity tracking
- Organize and support local marketing activities (camps, exhibitions, society meetings) with partners
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Cluster Head
- Leverage existing partner relationships to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, maximizing value for both customers and the company
- Collaborate with internal teams - project management, engineering, and finance - to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
