Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme und Vermittlung von Telefongesprächen und reibungslose Informationsweitergabe
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Besprechungszimmer
  • Bearbeitung der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost
  • Verwaltung der Fahrzeugbuchungen und Poolfahrzeuge
  • Unterstützung im Fuhrpark- und Liegenschaftsmanagement
  • Übernahme verschiedener organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben aus dem Office Management z.B. Bestellung und Verwaltung von Büromaterial, Verwaltung und Pflege von Datenbeständen, allgemeine Recherchen etc.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Bürokaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice und Kundenempfang wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, vor allem Excel und Outlook
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Organisationstalent mit selbst­ständiger, dienstleistungs­orientierter Arbeits­weise sowie einem freund­lichen und souve­ränen Auftreten
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines klaren Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
