Do you want to try working with marketing in an international B2B company - and gain both practical event experience and digital skills? Our marketing team in Bramming is looking for an independent and structured student assistant to help us make an ambitious event calendar and everyday tasks run smoothly.

You will join a small, strong team of four at the headquarters in Bramming. The tasks are a combination of practical events and logistics work as well as digital support for our channels. Once you have been trained in the processes, you'll get the responsibility for selected tasks and smaller events.

Your tasks will include

  • Coordinating and executing 1 - 2 smaller conferences/trade shows
  • Assisting with SEO tasks (e.g., keyword research and simple on-page updates)
  • Drafting and planning LinkedIn posts in collaboration with the team
  • Handling shipping documents for events
  • Idea development and coordination of giveaways and samples
  • Setting up and maintaining display models
  • Packing and unpacking for trade shows/conferences

About you

  • You are currently enrolled in a higher education program within marketing/communication as International Sales & Marketing or have a degree in Marketing Management and preferably have about 1-1½ years left of your studies.
  • You can be at the office at least one fixed day per week (8-10 hours in total), and ideally live in the Esbjerg/Bramming area so you can get here easily - even without a car
  • You are structured, take responsibility, and enjoy both practical tasks and digital content
  • You write fluent Danish and are comfortable in English
  • It's an advantage if you're familiar with LinkedIn and basic SEO - we'll teach you the rest

We offer

  • Everyday work life in a helpful and informal team with high professional standards
  • Varied tasks and the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you become familiar with the work
  • Flexibility during exam periods - and slightly more/fewer hours during peak periods
  • Experience from an international, technology-driven company with headquarter in Bramming
