Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung weltweiter beschaffungsrelevanter Tätigkeiten für definierte Warengruppen wie z. B. Metall-Ringe, Werkzeuge, Verbindungselemente, DIN- und Normteile
- Mitwirkung in Projekten bei Neuentwicklungen für komplexe Endprodukte und im Änderungsmanagement bis zur Prozessstabilität in der Serie im internationalen Kontext
- Auswahl und Bewertung von Lieferanten und deren Performance
- Auswertung von Angeboten und Erstellung von Angebotsvergleichen für die Auftragsvergabe
- Mitarbeit bei Vertragsverhandlungen und -abschlüssen
- Ständiger Kapazitätsabgleich und Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Fristen
- Mitarbeit bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen in Abstimmung mit der Produktion und dem Controlling
- Führen von Verhandlungen über Preise (Jahrespreisverhandlungen), Lieferzeiten und -bedingungen
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften, insbesondere zu den kaufmännischen Inhalten
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Weiterbildung zum Fach-/Betriebswirt m/w/d oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im internationalen technischen Einkauf
- Lesen und Interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und gute SAP-Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprache vorteilhaft
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
